Transfers to IFEMA from Comunidad de Madrid from Madrid
Looking for a taxi to IFEMA and Madrid trade fairs, or a car like Uber, Cabify or Bolt: here you book Spanish private hire (VTC) with advance booking and a fixed price from your town.
During a trade fair the problem is not getting there: it is arriving on time with two colleagues, the stand material and no parking hunt. We cover whole fairs with staggered pickups and month-end invoicing.
Why a car with a driver
Several vehicles coordinated for the same arrival slot
Consolidated monthly invoicing with cost centre, so nobody chases receipts
The same driver for the whole fair, who already knows the gate and the hall
Barajas connection for colleagues arriving by plane
IFEMA and Madrid trade fairs from Madrid
IFEMA, the stadiums and the region's leisure parks concentrate traffic on the way in and, above all, on the way out of every event. It is worth fixing the pick-up point beforehand, because nearby access roads get closed.
How to get there from each area
- Madrid capital
- Leaving the capital means taking the M-30 or M-40 to the right radial road: the A-42 to Toledo, the A-4 to Aranjuez, the A-2 to Guadalajara and the A-6 to the mountains. Early morning and late afternoon, the approaches to those radials are the slowest part of the trip.
- Sur metropolitano
- From Getafe, Madrid is entered on the A-42 or M-45, and Barajas is reached on the M-40 round the east of the city. Valdemoro lies on the A-4, which enters from the south towards Atocha and gets congested from Pinto at rush hour.
- Corredor del Henares
- From Alcalá, Madrid is reached on the A-2, which passes Barajas before reaching the city, or on the R-2 toll road when the motorway is busy. Torrejón de Ardoz is the stretch where it jams most.
- Las Vegas
- Aranjuez lies on the A-4: the route runs up towards Madrid through Valdemoro and Pinto and enters from the south towards Atocha. For Barajas you go round on the M-50 or M-40, the part that varies most with the time of day.
When demand peaks
- IFEMA trade fairs (January to March and September to November): With FITUR, ARCO and the big autumn fairs, the IFEMA grounds and nearby hotels fill up, and demand for transfers from the metro area rises with them. Booking days ahead is what secures a car for opening time.
Frequently asked questions
Can you invoice the company at the end of the fair?
Yes. We open a company account, all services accumulate and at month end we issue a single invoice broken down by service and cost centre.
